First Prep your eyes with urban decay potion primer all over the the lid and under the eye.
Next applied two face glitter glue just on the lid, then you will apply urban decay Uzi with your eyeshadow brush,apply as much as you want to get this great silver color. I also put it in my tear-duct for highlight.

Afterwards either take your smokey brush or crease brush to apply sugarpill's Bulletproof to your crease line your crease and then go outwards with your brush to get the wing you want and go under the eye & blend. I used sugarpill's diamond eyes for my  highlight under my brow.

Now for the fun part  cut the eye rock eye tattoos to your eye and liking.
then apply over your makeup wet the back with a small sponge not too wet it will ruin your makeup.
then let sit for a few seconds press firm against your skin. Then peel back and they should be popping over your makeup.
if you need to apply a little makeup to make sure both sides match that's okay =]
