Sparkle

1.  Alll over the face i used my NC30 Studio tech foundation all over the face.
2. Urban decay premier potion apply all over eye to get the best out of your eyeshadow.
3. i used tape for the angle from my eye i angled just about off the last of my lid to give the more dramatic cat eye
4. take your brush and apply Dollipop by Sugarpill apply all over lid
5. Next take your afterparty by Sugarpill but that all in your crease and out.
6. I used an angle brush to line my crease with poison plum by Sugarpill then i used my blend brush to apply more to get the dark purple and blend out to the blue.
7. I applied Lumi by Sugarpill for a highlight under the brow and blend in to the after party i love this color or any color it gives a great glittery shimmer in photos with flash. 
8. I removed tape from here and took a nother piece and applied for the  Buttercupcake by Sugarpill underneath my eye i just angled the tape to go into to cat eye i already have. blend in.
9. Take your brush wipe or use another brush and take tako and blend in from the tearduct under and over blend into other colors.
10. use Nyx fat marker for top eyeliner get as close as you can i love doing just the top of my eye sometimes cause too much eyeliner isn't so sexy in my book at lease.
11. last i used fake eyelashes and applied with the revlon adhesive that came with them
