used "Tako" white by sugarpill cosmetics and put that tear duct area next youll get your "Royal Sugar" by

 sugarpill all over the rest of the lid. blend those colors in with your blend brush  i used "Magpie" for the crease and blend that out with your blending brush and i used "lumi" sugarpill are my highlight again under the brow with a big or small brush which ever you prefer you have to blend everything into each other or it won't look right. blending is the key to any looks you want to create

eyebrows filled in with angled brush and any dark brown eyeshadow will do the trick.
