Infamous

 

1} primer and foundation, concealer 

2} two face glitter glue just on the lid not in the crease

i used Uzi from urban decay my favorite 

3}tape off the angle you want 

4}take your brush and start on the outer crease

with "Afterparty"  from sugarpill blend the closer you get to your tear duct 

5}keep the tape there and go over the blue on the outer creae

blend that in not too much otherwise you won't see the blue no more

6}light color under your brows and inner tear duct.

7}i used a small angled brush to connect the black under my waterline

8}eyeliner on waterline 

9}filled eyebrows in with Anastasia ebony eyebrow duo
